These Working Well workshops and resources help workplaces prioritise mental health to ensure employees have improved wellbeing, greater morale and higher job satisfaction.

The Mental Health Foundation’s Working Well Guide, workshops and resources provide organisations with the know-how to create a culture that enhances and protects people’s mental health. Good mental health leads to positive outcomes for employees, enhancing their performance and producing better results for businesses.

The MHF developed a comprehensive guide to enhancing mental wellbeing in the workplace, the Working Well Guide. Workplaces told us they wanted the guide divided into more practical and accessible topics and resources to support them to act on the information. And that’s what we’ve done. The first two resources are below.

These resources, including fact sheets, facilitator guides, slides and worksheets support workplaces to improve wellbeing at individual, team and organisational/systems levels with a focus on creating psychologically healthy people and environments. The fact sheets and worksheets provide the knowledge to frame and explore wellbeing within the workplace and plan a wellbeing initiative. The comprehensive facilitator guide and supporting slides and handouts enable you to deliver the workshops in your own organisation, or others you support.
