Open Minds is a collection of online training materials, such as videos and posters, to equip managers with the tools and confidence to talk about mental health with teams and individuals. The Five Ways to Wellbeing at Work Toolkit is a stepped guide to improving mental wellness in your workplace. It includes fact sheets tools, templates and games to use with your teams. Working Well Guide and Resources provides practical resources to help you create a workplace culture that enhances and protects people's mental health and wellbeing. Includes a comprehensive guide, fact sheets, worksheets, workshop facilitator guides and slides.

Our colourful set of posters are great for office walls as a reminder that connect, give, take notice, keep learning and be active are things to do everyday to maintain wellbeing.

Diversi-Tea Kōrero Starter Cards have been developed for the workplace setting. They are an easy way to begin a kōrero and learn more about your hoamahi/colleagues. Use these cards over morning tea or to start/end your team meeting to get to know your hoamahi and celebrate your similarities and differences. Available to order or download.

Run for mental health!

Mental Health Awareness Week (MHAW) is a national campaign run annually by the Mental Health Foundation. MHAW includes workplace activities, challenges and merchandise. In 2019, MHAW was held on 23-27 September. Learn more about MHAW!

Pink Shirt Day is an anti-bullying movement that spreads kindness and celebrates diversity annually in May. Campaign resources include ideas and activities to challenge bullying on an individual and organisational level. Register for Pink Shirt Day notifications or email fundraising@mentalhealth.org.nz to find out about campaign partnerships.

Get a workplace team together, and enter an event to run and fundraise for mental health. Being active is great for wellbeing, as is being part of a team, and working towards a goal. Find out about upcoming events or email events@mentalhealth.org.nz to find out more.
