Our Workplace Wellbeing work is to help businesses and organisations obtain optimal mental health for their people.

As an employer or manager, you know it's your people who provide the greatest potential for success in your business. Maintaining optimal mental health at work is therefore too important to be left to chance; employees and employers will benefit from an active approach towards mental health in the workplace.

The workplace provides an excellent opportunity for you to become aware of your own health, mental and physical, and the health of your colleagues. Rather than burden your busy workplace with large "how to" manuals and documents on mental health, take a look at our workplace focused material that condenses and explains the extensive research on what contributes to good mental health.

Please note, we are not running mental health training workshops right now, but we do have plenty of information, ideas and resources to help you improve the mental health and wellbeing of your staff.



Pink Shirt Day

Mental Health Awareness Week (MHAW) is a national wellbeing campaign run every October to coincide with World Mental Health Day. MHAW is run by the MHF and includes workplace activities and resources. 

Pink Shirt Day is an annual anti-bullying campaign to promote the benefits of diversity. PSD toolkits include ideas and activities to challenge bullying on an individual and organisational level. Sign up for May 2018.

Open Minds is a collection of online training materials, such as videos and posters, to equip managers with the tools and confidence to talk about mental health with teams and individuals.

The Five Ways to Wellbeing at Work Toolkit is a stepped guide to improving mental wellness in your workplace. It includes fact sheets tools, templates and games to use with your teams.

Working Well A Workplace Guide to Mental Health is for HR, health & safety, occupational health & wellbeing managers interested in boosting workplace wellbeing.
