Working Well Survey Prize Draw

  1. Entrants into these prize draws will be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
  2. Winners will be randomly selected by the Mental Health Foundation (MHF) staff members in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. All decisions are final.

  4. The closing date to be included in the prize draw is 1 August 2019. Entries received outside of these time periods will not be considered.
