We're hiring: Finance Administrator

Our Mt Eden-based office is seeking an organised, flexible, proactive and experienced Finance Administrator, to work as a member of our progressive and dynamic administration team.

This role, reporting to the Finance Manager, provides a professional financial support function with a focus on accounts administration as well as back up support for other administration team members.

Experience in accounts administration is essential with excellent computer literacy in Microsoft Office and Financial Accounting systems.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Accounts payable and receivable administration
  • General administration support for the Auckland and regional based offices
  • Back-up support for others in the administration team.

The perfect candidate will be confident, considerate and have a willingness to learn new skills, while having an eye for detail. Knowledge of Attache accounting software would also be helpful.

The salary range for this position is $45,000–$50,000 and will be commensurate to the successful candidate's skills and experience for the role.
