Join us for Mindful Aotearoa’s new online Foundations of Mindfulness course.
This eight-week course will teach you to let go of tension and stress, focus your attention, and be kinder to yourself and others.
Perfect for people who are new to mindfulness and those who feel they would benefit from some formal training, the course is online every Wednesday from 24 February at 4pm–5.30pm. The cost of the course is $230 (incl. GST) with all proceeds supporting the great work of the Mental Health Foundation.
This course is open to everyone, but if you’re interested in becoming a facilitator of our exceptional Pause, Breathe, Smile mindfulness in schools programme, this course will help you to meet the criteria to qualify as a facilitator. Enrol now!
