Why learn mindfulness? On average, we spend around 47% of our day lost in thought. Thinking about work, family stresses or anticipating the future. Mindfulness is a scientifically proven method of caring for our minds. It is one of the most effective tools for reducing stress, anxiety and depressive symptoms. This six-week training (one evening per week) is for anyone who wants to retrain their brain to become calmer, more in control and happier.
