Research & Evaluation Specialist
Helena’s background is in corporate librarianship and she has a combination of information, communications and analysis skills. She has managed all aspects of special libraries, researched and written web, social media and hard copy content, and written and implemented communications and marketing plans. She has experience with customer surveys, website and online tool usability, and user needs analysis and designing RBA (Results Based Accountability) data capture and analysis processes. In past roles she’s also been responsible for reporting on customer satisfaction, communications’ impact, and campaign, website and other metrics, for internal, ACC and Ministry of Health reports.
In her spare time she enjoys competitive ballroom dancing, handcrafts, reading, walking and spending time with friends.
