Trusts & Foundations

The Mental Health Foundation works closely with trusts and foundations. Their support helps us to fund a number of key mental health projects and resources.

Our relationship with trusts is special, as they are often key to supporting our innovative projects in the early and ongoing stages.

Trusts & foundations that supported us in 2007/08

  • ASB Community Trust
  • Auckland City Council Community Group Assistance
  • Christchurch City Council Community Development Scheme
  • Community Organisation Grant Scheme (COGS) Christchurch
  • J R McKenzie Trust
  • NZ Lottery Grants Board
  • Phyllis Campion Charitable Trust
  • Polmadie Charitable Trust
  • Sir John Logan Campbell Residuary Estate
The Mental Health Foundation thanks these trusts and foundations for their invaluable support.

How you can help

  • Invest in our Resource & Information Service.
  • Support community based projects around the country.
  • Help fund campaigns, such as our depression campaign Out of the Blue
  • Support our many activities in Mental Health Awareness Week, held every October.

All supporters are greatly valued, and we will recognise your contribution through: regular updates on our work; an acknowledgement in our Annual Report; and the opportunity to visit our projects where appropriate.
