Linzi brings a fresh and pragmatic approach that leads to clients requesting her expertise time and again.  Major roles in both the UK and New Zealand mean she brings over 18 years experience as a consultant, facilitator and coach. She now specialises in assisting individuals, managers and leaders to drive change and performance through their organisations in order to achieve peak performance.

A seasoned HR Manager with an MSc in Human Resource Development, Linzi has worked in the UK with the Territorial Army, Reed Recruitment, a US retail brand roll-out, ABN AMRO Investment Bank and Thorn EMI management at corporate HQ.  In New Zealand, she has worked as a senior consultant in organizational development with Sheffield Ltd and currently operates as a freelance HR Consultant.

Linzi has enjoyed managing others in her corporate roles. She is also a successful small business owner/operator, applying hands-on knowledge and experience when coaching, designing and delivering workshops - ‘walking the talk' in her own businesses!
