The Mental Health Foundation has a free library and information service - available to anyone living in New Zealand. We also have an online shop, where you can access brochures, posters and other resources.

Find online mental health resources on a range of topics.
Free and for sale resources including brochures, booklets, posters, our popular Relax CD, and fundraising merchandise.
It isn’t always straightforward getting the help you need when faced with a mental health problem. Our experienced librarians can provide information on a wide range of mental health topics and services.
We often receive enquiries from people whose family members have been diagnosed with a mental illness and who have little knowledge of what the diagnosis means. Mental Health Services can be confusing and people can often feel overwhelmed and unsupported.
While we are not a counselling or clinical service, and we cannot recommend particular doctors or counsellors, we can point people in the right direction to access the services, information and support they need.
We also assist those working in the mental health sector find books, research and resources to help with their professional practice.

Library membership is free and available to all New Zealand residents
We have a comprehensive library in Auckland, where members can borrow a range of mental health, wellbeing and mental health promotion material including books and DVDs.
