Foreword

The whole country is in a positive frame of mind after our recent win at the 2011 Rugby World Cup - what an exciting finale!

With Mental Health Awareness Week (MHAW) in the middle of the World Cup, the Foundation decided to take on the rugby spirit, and adopted the theme "Get in the Game: training for happiness".

In this issue, we talk to Ciaran Fox and Michelle Whitaker about a Healthy Christchurch initiative, The Wellbeing Game.  If you missed a chance to participate during MHAW, here is your chance to go online and learn to incorporate the winning ways to wellbeing in your life. The Wellbeing Game will run until 4 November.

We hope you will continue to flourish over the coming months.
