Our Purpose
Kai Xin Xing Dong works to counter stigma and discrimination associated with mental illness in Chinese communities. We do this to help create inclusive communities for Chinese people whose lives have been affected by mental illness.
This goal reflects the Kai Xin Xing Dong slogan: "I have a caring and loving heart towards you and hope you have a caring and loving heart towards me".
We provide information on New Zealand mental health services and organisations that provide Chinese language services, and information to help you support people close to you who live with, and have been affected by, mental illness.
